1. Purpose
This policy outlines the commercial models through which suppliers may participate in MSP – Medical Supply Portal and the fees, commissions, and subscription structures that may apply.
2. Business Models
MSP may operate under one or more of the following models:
Supplier Subscription Model
Suppliers pay recurring fees for marketplace participation and product visibility.
Commission Model
MSP earns a commission on completed transactions generated through the platform.
Lead Generation Model
MSP receives fees for qualified business leads or buyer inquiries.
Promotional Services
Additional fees may apply for premium visibility and marketing services.
3. Subscription Plans
MSP may offer the following subscription tiers:
Basic Plan

Professional Plan

Premium Plan

4. Commission Structure
Commission rates may vary based on:

7. Payment Terms
Fees and commissions shall be payable according to the applicable supplier agreement and invoicing terms.
8. Non-Payment
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in:
- Listing suspension
- Account restrictions
- Termination of services
9. Amendments
MSP reserves the right to revise subscription plans, fees, and commission structures. Changes shall not affect existing written agreements unless otherwise agreed.
