Rules, requirements, and standards governing suppliers on the MSP marketplace.
1. Purpose
This Supplier Policy establishes the rules, requirements, responsibilities, and standards governing manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and service providers participating in the MSP – Medical Supply Portal marketplace.
The objective is to maintain a professional, transparent, compliant, and trustworthy healthcare marketplace.
2. Supplier Eligibility
To participate on MSP, suppliers may be required to provide:
- Company Registration Certificate
- Business License
- Tax Registration (where applicable)
- Manufacturing License (if applicable)
- Export License (if applicable)
- Quality Certifications (ISO, CE, FDA, etc.)
- Company Profile
- Authorized Contact Information
MSP reserves the right to verify submitted information.
3. Supplier Responsibilities
Suppliers are fully responsible for:
Product Information
Providing accurate and complete:
- Product descriptions
- Specifications
- Images
- Technical documents
- Certifications
- Country of origin
Regulatory Compliance
Suppliers must ensure that all products comply with:
- Applicable laws
- Export regulations
- Medical device regulations
- Product registration requirements
…within the countries where products are marketed or sold.
4. Product Listing Standards
All listings must:
- Be truthful and accurate
- Contain current information
- Include appropriate product images
- Avoid misleading claims
- Comply with healthcare advertising regulations
MSP may remove listings that do not meet these standards.
5. Prohibited Products
The following may not be listed:
- Counterfeit products
- Unlicensed medical products
- Fraudulent products
- Illegal products
- Expired products
- Products violating intellectual property rights
- Products restricted by applicable law
MSP reserves the right to immediately remove prohibited products.
6. Pricing Responsibility
Suppliers remain solely responsible for:
- Product pricing
- Currency accuracy
- Taxes
- Shipping costs
- Discounts
- Commercial terms
MSP does not guarantee supplier pricing.
7. Order Fulfillment Responsibility
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, suppliers remain fully responsible for:
- Inventory availability
- Order processing
- Packaging
- Shipping
- Delivery
- Product warranty
- Customer support
8. Product Quality
Suppliers must maintain consistent product quality and ensure that products meet applicable quality standards.
Repeated quality complaints may result in:
- Suspension
- Removal of listings
- Termination of supplier participation
9. Intellectual Property
Suppliers represent and warrant that:
- Product content is legally owned or licensed.
- Uploaded materials do not infringe intellectual property rights.
Suppliers assume full responsibility for any infringement claims.
10. Marketplace Commission & Fees
Marketplace commissions, subscription fees, promotional fees, and other commercial arrangements may be governed by separate agreements executed between MSP and the supplier.
11. Supplier Verification Program
MSP may operate a Supplier Verification Program. Verification status may depend on:
- Documentation review
- Business verification
- Quality certifications
- Commercial history
Verification does not constitute a guarantee by MSP.
12. Compliance Audits
MSP reserves the right to request additional documentation and conduct compliance reviews at any time. Failure to cooperate may result in account suspension.
13. Suspension & Termination
MSP may suspend or terminate supplier participation if the supplier:
- Provides false information.
- Violates marketplace rules.
- Engages in fraudulent activity.
- Damages marketplace reputation.
- Violates applicable laws.
14. Limitation of MSP Liability
MSP acts primarily as a marketplace, sourcing, referral, and supplier visibility platform. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, MSP does not assume responsibility for:
- Product quality
- Regulatory approvals
- Product defects
- Delivery performance
- Commercial disputes between suppliers and buyers
15. Policy Updates
MSP reserves the right to update this Supplier Policy periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of such updates.
